Don't Worry...about a Thing!

If you know anything about me, you know that I am a complete and utter spaz.

Seriously.

I freak out about everything and anything, so it was no surprise to me when I started freaking out about going to Taiwan.

It started with the passport.

I, being the lazy bum I am, waited til the last minute to get my passport (of course).
So, in the middle of running around like a chicken with its head cut off, I was trying to figure out how to actually procure a passport.
Once I finally got one, like with everything I freak out about, I realized it really wasn't that big of a deal.

I kept on like this until a few days ago.

I was driving around for who knows what reason and going crazy about errrthang.

Then Three Little Birds by Bob Marley came on.
Who'd a thunk that a song by Bob Marley would be what put everything in perspective?

But it did.

Ever since, I've been just going with the flow.

It's wonderful!

In mah faaaave book, the Bible, there is a passage from the book of Matthew...
Here, I'll lay it down for you:

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat (or drink), or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?
Look at the birds in the sky; they do not sow or reap, they gather nothing into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are not you more important than they?
Can any of you by worrying add a single moment to
     your life-span?

So pretty much what I'm saying is that Bob Marley and Jesus helped me to chill out about this trip, and I'm real happy I have both in my life :)

With love from Taiwan,
Lauren.
